O R D E R

The petitioner has come forward with this petition seeking a direction to the respondent to register the petitioner's complaint dated 12.09.2012 pursuant to C.S.R.No.156/2012 issued by the respondent police.

2.The learned counsel for the petitioner submitted that the petitioner has lodged a complaint before the respondent on 12.09.2012, for which, C.S.R.No.156/2012 has been assigned. But the respondent has not shown any interest to enquire the matter and register the case. Hence, the petitioner has come forward with this petition for the above stated relief. 3.At this juncture, the learned Additional Public Prosecutor would submit that the petitioner herself appeared before the respondent and submits that she has received all her belongings and that she undertakes to hand over the belongings of her husband. He would further submit that the petitioner has also given an undertaking not to pursue the matter further. Recording her submission, the complaint was closed in the year 2012 itself.

4.Recording the submission made by the learned Additional Public Prosecutor, the Criminal Original Petition is disposed of.
