ORDER

This petition has been filed to quash the FIR in Crime No.58 of 2021 on the file of respondent police.

The learned Additional Public Prosecutor submitted that the investigation has been completed and the draft final report is ready to be filed before the concerned jurisdictional Court.

In view of the above submissions, there is no scope for interfering with the FIR at this stage and hence, there shall be a direction to the respondent to file the final report before the concerned jurisdictional Court within a period of two weeks from the date of receipt of a copy of this order. If ultimately, the final report is taken on file and summon is issued to the petitioner, the petitioner can work out his remedy in the manner known to law. 4.
