This petition has been filed challenging the closure report filed by the second respondent closing the complaint given by the petitioner. 2.Heard the learned counsel for the petitioner and the learned Additional Public Prosecutor for respondents 1 and 2.

3.In the considered view of this Court, if the petitioner is aggrieved by the closure report filed, it is left open to the petitioner to file a application under Section 156(3) of Cr.P.C., before the concerned Magistrate Court and workout her remedy in accordance with law. Except giving this clarity, no further orders can be passed in this criminal original petition.
