This petition has been filed to direct disposal of M.C.No.514 of 2016 now pending on the file of the Learned III Additional Family Court, Chennai in accordance with law within the stipulated time.
2. The learned counsel appearing for the respondent submitted that already both the parties amicably settled the issues and ended in acquittal by the trial Court in M.C.No.514 of 2016.
3. Therefore, the prayer sought for in this petition has become infructuous. Hence this Criminal Original Petition is dismissed as infructuous.
