Petition filed Under Article 226 of the Constitution of India praying for the issuance of Writ of Certiorarified Mandamus, calling for the records from the file of the 1st respondents, the Presiding Officer Central Government Industrial Tribunal cum Labour Court, Chennai relating to the order dated 07.12.2016 in I.A.No.336 of 2016 in C.P.No. 62 of 2016 and quash the said order and further directing the 1st respondents to forbear from hearing the Claim Petition No.62 of 2016 till the disposal of Civil Appeal Nos.10499 of 2011 and 10511 of 2011 by the Hon'ble Supreme Court of India.

2. In view of the judgment delivered by the Hon'ble Supreme Court of India, no further adjudication needs to be entertained regarding the grounds raised in all these Writ petitions. Accordingly, all these Writ Petitions stand dismissed as infructuous. No costs.
