The learned counsel appearing for the second respondent in all the appeals would submit that the second respondents intend to raise an industrial dispute under Section 2(k) of the Industrial Disputes Act, 1947, after withdrawing the proceedings pending before the first respondent herein, seeking for conferment of permanent status. His statement is hereby recorded.

2. Accordingly, all the Writ Appeals stand allowed with liberty to the second respondent in all the appeals to raise an industrial dispute under Section 2(k) of the Industrial Disputes Act, 1947, after withdrawing the conferment of permanent status application, in any event, within a period of three (3) months from the date of receipt of a copy of this order. Till such time, the appellant herein shall not dispose the engagement of the second respondents' services in their establishment. No costs. Connected miscellaneous petitions are closed.
