This Miscellaneous Petition has been filed seeking to substitute the petitioner herein as the legal representative of the deceased sole petitioner in W.P. No.22859 of 2015.

2. Accepting the reasons stated in the affidavit filed in support of this Miscellaneous Petition, the petitioner herein is permitted to be substituted as the legal representative of the deceased sole petitioner in the Writ Petition.

Accordingly, this Miscellaneous Petition is ordered.
