(The Order of the Court was made by The Hon'ble The Chief Justice) The petitioner filed two RTI petitions before the PIO MAWS Department on 18.12.2006, and thereafter filed four other RTI petitions on 19.12.2006. The grievance of the petitioner is that he is yet to receive the response.

2. The last representation made by the petitioner making a grievance about the lack of response is dated 19.03.2015.

3. It is not clear whether the department did or did not give any response, but at least the petitioner claims that he has received nothing. We are thus of the view that the representation of the petitioner dated 19.03.2015 be disposed of within a maximum period of 15 days of the receipt of this order, by a reasoned reply.

4. Writ petition stands disposed of, leaving the parties to bear their own costs.
