This petition has been filed to implead the 4th respondent viz., Sri Balaji Constructions as one of the party respondent in the main writ petition as without his presence the issue raised in this writ petition cannot be effectively adjudicated.

2. Heard Mr.Karthikei Balan, learned counsel appearing for the petitioner and Mr.T.K.Saravanan, learned Government Advocate for respondents 1 & 3 and Mr.A.Babu Muthu Meeran, learned Standing Counsel for the 2nd respondent.

3. Having regard to the said submission made by both sides and taking into account the reasons given by the petitioner in the affidavit filed in support of this petition, this Court is inclined to allow this petition, accordingly this petition is ordered and the proposed respondent is impleaded.

4. Registry is directed to carryout necessary amendment and post the matter on 17.10.2022.
