The petitioner, who is arrayed as A-1, apprehends arrest at the hands of the respondent police for the alleged offences punishable under Sections 465, 468 r/w 471, 420 r/w 34 of IPC in Crime No.39 of 2012 on the file of the respondent police and hence, seeks anticipatory bail. 2.The case of the prosecution is that the petitioner / A-1 claiming right over the property of the de facto complainant executed settlement deed in favour of her daughter Thangalakshmi, who in turn, executed a Power of Attorney in favour of one Ramesh.

3.Learned counsel for the petitioner submitted that the petitioner is an innocent person and she has not committed any offence as alleged by the prosecution.

4.Heard the learned Government Advocate [Criminal Side] appearing for the respondent.

sri 5.Earlier anticipatory bail petition was dismissed by this Court on 03.03.2016 observing that it is not a fit case for granting anticipatory bail, however, within a period of 20 days, another application was filed without any change of circumstances. Hence, this Criminal Original Petition is dismissed with costs of Rs.10,000/- [Rupees Ten Thousand Only] to the Hon'ble Chief Justice Relief Fund, High Court, Madras.
