When the Writ Petition is taken up for hearing the learned Special Government Pleader appearing on behalf of the respondents submitted that the request of the petitioner has already been rejected and the same is evident from the order dated 7.07.2016.

2. The learned counsel for the petitioner seeks permission of this Court to withdraw the petition and made an endorsement to that effect.
