This Civil Miscellaneous Petition has been filed to dispense with the production of the fair and decretal copy of the order made in unnumbered I.A. in H.M.O.P. No. 395 of 2019 dated 13.08.2019 passed by the learned Judge, Family Court, Salem.

The learned counsel appearing for the petitioner would submit that, immediately after the orders are passed, the Court below has supplied a free copy to the party. Accordingly, a free copy signed by the learned Judge dated 13.08.2019, with the seal of the Court, has been supplied to the petitioner, which has been filed before this Court in the said revision. Despite the same, the Registry is insisting to file the decretal order of the unnumbered I.A., and therefore, this petition has become necessitated. 3.

I have heard the learned counsel appearing for the petitioner and gone through the free copy i.e., the certified copy of the order in unnumbered I.A. in H.M.O.P. No. 395 of 2019 issued by the Court below, http://www.judis.nic.in 1/2
