ORDER : The Court Made the following order :- The petitioner, who apprehends arrest for the offence under Section 294(b), 332, 353 and 506(ii) IPC in Cr.No.382 of 2021 on the file of the respondent police, seeks anticipatory bail.
2. When the matter came up for hearing, the learned Government Advocate(Crl.Side) submits that the petitioner/accused was arrested. Hence, nothing survives for further adjudication.
3. In view of the above submission, this Criminal Original Petition is dismissed.
