This petition has been filed to relax the condition imposed upon the petitioner in Crl.M.P.No.8216 of in Crl.O.P.No.11237 of 2023 dated 20.06.2023 on the file of this Court that he should report before the respondent police on every Saturday at 10.30 a.m., until further orders.

2. The learned Additional Public Prosecutor submitted that, the petitioner is complying with the condition regularly imposed by this Court.

3.
