ORDER

The Writ Petition has been filed to direct the respondents 1 and 2 to take necessary action against the fourth respondent for his inaction in his duty based upon the petitioner's representation dated 20.09.2022.

2. The learned counsel appearing for the petitioner submitted that the 1st and 2nd respondent police shall be directed to take necessary action against the fourth respondent for his inaction in his duty based upon the petitioner's representation dated 20.09.2022.

3. The learned Government Advocate (Crl.side) submitted that based

on the RCOP proceedings, eviction order has been passed and when Court Ameen went for execution of the Court order the petitioner has not vacated the premises and he refused to receive the Court order and hence the petitioner is not enabling to execute the Court order.

3. Heard both sides and perused the materials available on record.

4. Recording the above said submissions and considering the fact that the petitioner is in occupation and preventing to execute the Court order, I find no merits in this writ petition and the averments stated in the representation dated 20.09.2022 is a false one. Accordingly the Writ petition stands dismissed. No costs. Consequently connected miscellaneous petition is also closed.
