ORDER
Invoking the jurisdiction of this Court under Section 482 of the Code of Criminal Procedure, the petition is filed by the petitioner seeking a direction to the respondent police to register a case based on his complaint dated 26.01.2016. 2.When the matter is taken up for hearing, the learned Additional Public Prosecutor submitted that the parties of the complaint were called and on enquiry, they have settled their dispute amicably and therefore, the complaint was closed on 18.03.2016.
