A.No.4779 of 2022 in C.S. No.12 of 2020 SENTHILKUMAR RAMAMOORTHY, J By this application, the applicant seeks to implead the legal heirs of the deceased 12th defendant as 13th to 16th defendants in the suit.

2. Learned counsel appearing for respondents 13 and 14 submits that he was also instructed to appear for respondents 15 and 16. On instructions, he states that he has no objection to this application being allowed.

3. Accordingly, A.No.4779 of 2022 is allowed as prayed for. Consequently, respondents 12 to 15 are impleaded as defendants 13 to 16 in the suit. The plaintiff shall carryout the amendments in the plaint on or before 02.02.2023 and serve a copy of the amended plaint on defendants within a week thereafter.
