The present Civil Miscellaneous petition filed seeking to dispense with the production of certified copies of the pleadings and documents filed in O.P.No.242 of 2023 pending on the file of the III Additional Labour Court, Chennai, is ordered as prayed for.

2. Registry is directed to number the Civil Revision Petition, if the papers are otherwise in order and post the main case for admission as per the roster, since the above revision appears to be the one arising out of the labour dispute.
