ORDER

The Criminal Original Petition has been filed to quash the FIR in Crime No.908 of 2021, pending on the file of respondent. 1/3

2.The learned Government Advocate submitted that the investigation was completed and the final report was filed before the learned Judicial Magistrate I, Coimbatore on 18.08.2023.

3. In view of the above submission, this Court is not inclined to interfere with the FIR at this stage. If ultimately the concerned Court acts upon the final report and issues summons to the petitioner and the petitioner is aggrieved by the same, he can work out his remedy in accordance with law.

This Criminal Original petition is disposed of in the above terms.
