The learned counsel for the petitioner has given a letter dated 01.11.2023 stating that pending this writ petition, the Sub-Registrar has registered the petitioner's documents, as the Bank Manager issued no objection certificate and other related documents and hence, he sought permission of this Court to withdraw this petition and he has also made an endorsement to that effect.

3. In view of the above, this writ petition is dismissed as withdrawn. There shall be no order as to costs.
