2. The petitioner has got effective and efficacious remedy before the National Green Tribunal to challenge the order impugned in this writ petition.

3. The writ petition is thus dismissed granting liberty to the petitioner to file a petition before the National Green Tribunal. No costs. Consequently, WMP.Nos.3079 and 3080 of 2016 are closed.
