Invoking the jurisdiction of this Court under Section 482 of the Code of Criminal Procedure, this petition is filed by the petitioner seeking a direction to the respondent police to register a case based on his complaint dated 24.02.2016. 2.When the matter is taken up for hearing, the learned Additional Public Prosecutor submitted that case has been registered in Crime No.27 of 2016 for the offence punishable under Sections 448, 294(b), 323 and 506(ii) of I.P.C. 3.Recording the submissions of the learned Additional Public Prosecutor, this Criminal Original Petition is closed.
