This is a petition to condone the delay of 13 days in filing the C.R.P.SR.No.115402 of 2019.

2.Heard the learned counsel for the petitioner and the learned counsel for the respondents.

3.The learned counsel appearing for the respondents though opposed this petition, this Court feels that, since the reason stated therein can be accepted and also since the delay is very minimal i.e., only 13 days, it can be condoned for that reason. Since the the learned counsel for the respondents has made vehement opposition, this Court feels that, this miscellaneous petition can be allowed on terms. 4.In the result, this Civil Miscellaneous Petition is allowed and the delay is condoned on condition that, the petitioner shall pay a sum of Rs.1,000/- (Rupees One thousand only) to the respondents through the learned counsel for the respondents, within one week from the date of receipt of a copy of this order. It is made clear that, if the said cost is not paid to the respondents herein within the aforesaid time, this order shall stand automatically vacated without further reference to this Court.
