ORDER

[Order of the Court was made by M.M.SUNDRESH, J.] The petitioner, being the mother of the detenue has filed this Habeas Corpus Petition on the allegation that her daughter is in the illegal custody of the third respondent.

2. The learned Public Prosecutor (Puducherry), on https://hcservices.ecourts.gov.in/hcservices/

instructions, submitted that the detenue, who is a Doctor has married the third respondent. The petitioner did not like the marriage and that is the reason why the detenue left her home and married the third respondent. The detenue has also given a statement before the second respondent/Police to that effect. Thus, we do not find any illegal detention involved in this case.

3. In view of the above, the Habeas Corpus Petition stands closed.
