(Order of the Court was made by the Hon'ble Chief Justice) The petitioner seeks a direction against the respondents to issue necessary prohibitory direction as against the usage of word "Dalit" to notify the people of the Schedule Caste based on the petitioner's representations dated 15.3.2016 and 14.6.2016 made to the respondents herein.

2. We are not inclined to entertain this petition as public interest litigation.

This petition is dismissed. No costs.
