This petition has been filed to implead the proposed 10th respondent as the 10th respondent in the Civil Revision Petition.

2. The learned counsel appearing for the petitioner submitted that the proposed respondent had obtained an Order of eviction against the tenants, and hence, their presence is also required for proper adjudication in this matter.

3. Considering the nature of the reasons assigned in the affidavit filed along with this petition and taking note of the dispute between the parties, this petition is Ordered.

4. The registry is directed to carry out necessary amendment in the Civil Revision Petition. Notice to the newly impleaded respondent returnable by 04.09.2025. Private notice is also permitted.
