PRAYER: Civil Revision Petition filed under Article 227 of the Constitution of India directing to dispose of the main suit in O.S.No. 5674 of 2019 on the file of the Hon'ble XVI Additional City Civil Court, Chennai, inspite of granting repeated adjournments.

O R D E R

The petitioner seeks a direction for early disposal of the suit in O.S.No. 5674 of 2019.

2. The suit was originally instituted in this Court as C.S.No. 982 of 2008 and has been renumbered as above upon transfer to the City Civil Court.

3. It is seen from the e- Court daily status that has been filed that the suit is posted for arguments and upon reopening of the evidence, D-3 as DW-3 has filed proof affidavit and posted for cross examination of DW-1.

4. Considering the same, there shall be a direction to the XVI 2/4

Additional City Civil Court, Chennai, to dispose of the suit in O.S.No. 5674 of 2019 within a period of six months from the date of receipt of a copy of this order. No costs.
