This Criminal Miscellaneous Petition has been filed to modify the condition imposed on the petitioner while granting anticipatory bail by this Court in Paragraph No.6 of the order dated 06.10.2022 made in Crl.O.P.NO.24362 of 2022 filed in Crime No.614 of 2022 on the file of the respondent police.

2. The learned Counsel for the petitioner would submit that, this Court while granting anticipatory bail directed the petitioner to deposit a sum of Rs.50,000/- (Rupees Fifty Thousand Only) before the Principal Sessions Judge, Salem, within a period of four weeks from the date on which the order copy was made ready. He would further submit that due to financial situations, the petitioner is unable to pay the entire amount of Rs.50,000/- as ordered by this Court and hence, seeks for modification of the condition.

Considering the submission made by the learned counsel for the petitioner, the condition imposed by this Court is modified as follows: "the petitioner shall deposit a sum of Rs.10,000/- (Rupees Ten Thousand Only) before the Principal Sessions Judge, Salem, within a period of four weeks from the date on which the order copy made ready" However, time is extended by a further period of two weeks to deposit the said amount. The other conditions imposed shall remain intacted.
