THIRUVALLUR CRIME NO.04 OF 2020 Petition praying that in the circumstances stated therein and in the affidavit filed therewith the High Court will be pleased to grant an order of extension of Four Months time to execute the order dated 17.04.2021 in Crl.O.P.No.5552 of 2020 passed by this Hon`ble Court. Order : This petition coming on for orders upon perusing the petition and the filed in support thereof and upon hearing the arguments of M/S.M.GNANASEKAR, Advocate for the Petitioners and of MR.A.GOKULAKRISHNAN, Additional public Prosecutor on behalf of the Respondent the court made the following order:- This Court had already granted extension of time to the petitioners for a period of two weeks on 22.11.2021 in Crl.MP.No.11953 of 2021 in Crl.O.P.No.5552 of 2020 to execute sureties. Now the petitioners, has filed this application further extension of time for a period of two weeks to comply the conditions.

2. Heard both sides.
