ORDER

(Order of the Court was made by the Hon'ble Acting Chief Justice) Alleging that the third respondent has put up an unauthorised construction in S.No.50, Okkiyam Thoraipakkam Village, Post Office Road, Chennai, the petitioner sent representations on 4.8.2023 and 30.1.2024 to the respondent authorities.

As the said representations did not educe any response, the present writ petition is filed.

2. Considering the narrow scope of the prayer made in this writ petition, without expressing any view on the merits of the matter, the writ petition is disposed of with a direction to respondents 1 and 2 to consider the representations of the petitioner dated 4.8.2023 and 30.1.2024 and pass appropriate

orders, on merits and in accordance with law, of course after providing an opportunity to the third respondent. The entire exercise shall be concluded by respondents 1 and 2 within a period of twelve weeks from the date of receipt of a copy of this order. There shall be no order as to costs.
