Order : This petition coming on for orders upon perusing the petition and the filed in support thereof and upon hearing the arguments of M/S.J.FRANKLIN, Advocate for the petitioner and of MR.A.GOKULAKRISHNAN Additional Public Prosecutor on behalf of the Respondent the court made the following order:- This petition has been filed to modify the condition imposed on the petitioner in para no.6(b) in Crl.O.P.No.22358 of 2021 on 01.12.2021.

3. Considering the facts and circumstances of the case, the condition imposed on the petitioner is modified to that effect that the petitioner shall appear before the Inspector of Police, Chengalpattu Town Police Station, Chengalpattu, daily at 10.30 a.m., until further orders.
