, J This Civil Miscellaneous Petition is filed seeking to condone the delay of 336 days in preferring this Civil Miscellaneous Appeal.
2. Mr.Murali Vinodh, learned counsel undertakes to file vakalat for the respondent and did not raise any serious objection in allowing this petition.
3. Having satisfied with the reasons assigned in the affidavit filed in support of this petition, the miscellaneous petition is allowed and the delay of 336 days in preferring the above appeal is condoned.
4. Registry is directed to print the name of Mr.Murali Vinodh, learned counsel for the respondent in the cause list.
5. Registry is also directed to number the main Civil Miscellaneous Appeal, if it is otherwise in order and list the same for admission in due course.
6. It is made clear that for the period of delay of 336 days, the appellants will not be entitled for any interest if in the event of this Court enhancing the amount of compensation fixed by the Tribunal.
