This petition has been filed to relax the condition imposed upon the petitioner in Crl.O.P.No.15358 of 2023 dated 11.07.2023 that the petitioner shall appear before the respondent police everyday at 10.30 a.m., until further orders.

2. When the matter is taken up, learned Public Prosecutor (Puducherry) submitted that, petitioner has complied the condition only till 10.08.2023 and thereafter, he did not comply the condition.

3. In the said circumstances, this Court is not inclined to relax the condition imposed upon the petitioner in Crl.O.P.No.15358 of 2023 dated 11.07.2023. Accordingly, this Criminal Miscellaneous Petition is dismissed.

4. Learned Judicial Magistrate No.IV, Puducherry is directed to take steps for canceling the bail granted to the petitioner, for not observing the condition.
