This writ petition has been filed to issue a Writ of Certiorari calling for the records relating to the impugned order passed by the second respondent herein in his proceedings Tha.Ko.No.44/ Tha.Pi/Ma.Ma/2022, u/r 3(b) dated 29.08.2022 and to quash the same. 2.

The learned counsel for the petitioner seeks permission of this Court to withdraw the petition and he has also made an endorsement to that effect.

In view of the endorsement made by the learned counsel for the petitioner, this writ petition is dismissed as withdrawn. Consequently, connected miscellaneous petition is closed. There shall be no order as to costs.
