No.215882 of 2022 dated 08.09.2022 passed by this Court that the petitioner shall stay at Salem till the completion of the trial and he shall appear before the trial Court on all hearing dates without fail and the petitioner shall report before the Inspector of Police, Town Police Station, Salem at 10.30.a.m., until further orders

2. Heard the learned counsel appearing for the petitioner.

3. Considering the facts and circumstances of the case, this Court finds no merits to modify the conditions imposed in Crl.O.P.No.21588 of 2022.

4. Accordingly, this Criminal Original Petition is dismissed.
