When the matter came up for hearing today, the petitioner as well as the 2nd respondent/defacto complainants are personally present before this Court and identified themselves. They also produced their identity proofs before this Court. 2.Heard the learned counsel for the petitioner as well as the learned counsel for the 2nd respondent and the learned Government Advocate for the 1st respondent.

3.The learned counsel for the petitioner submitted that pending proceedings in Crime No.520 of 2018 on the file of the 1st respondent, the 2nd respondent/de-facto complainants and the petitioner have amicably settled the issue among themselves and https://hcservices.ecourts.gov.in/hcservices/

the de-facto complainant has also filed a compromise affidavit dated 24.09.2019 stating that he has no objection if the proceedings in Crime No.520 of 2018 on the file of the 1st respondent is quashed.

4.Recording the statements made by the defacto complainant in the affidavit filed by his dated 24.09.2019, the entire proceedings in Crime No.520 of 2018 on the file of the 1st respondent is quashed. Accordingly, the Criminal Original Petition stands allowed. Consequently, connected miscellaneous petition is closed.
