This application is filed by the learned Administrator General and Official Trustee of Tamil Nadu ("AG & OT" for brevity), to permit them to donate a sum of Rs.55,620/- as additional donation for providing 94 sets of uniform (which is to be purchased at the same price and from the same person as done in the earlier occasion) to the classes 9th and 11th (9th Std. - 32 students and 11th Std. - 15 Students), totally 47 Students, who are newly admitted in the School (two sets of uniform to each student), to Head Mistress, Lady Willingdon Government Model Girl Higher Secondary School, Triplicane, Chennai, and also to permit them to meet out the said expenses from and out of the accumulated fund of the Trust Estate of C.Kandasamy Naidu relating to the year 2021-2022. 2.Earlier, the learned AG & OT filed an application in A.No.347 of 2024 seeking permission to donate a sum of Rs.4,61,000/- to Headmistress of Lady Willingdon Government Model Hr. Sec. School, Triplicane, Chennai, for providing lunch to Class 11th and 12th students

and snacks to Class 10th to 12th students, who are 172 in total. The said application was allowed by order dated 19.01.2024, based on the report of the learned AG & OT about the availability of funds. 3.Again, the learned AG & OT filed another application in A.No.2652 of 2024 to permit them to donate a sum of Rs.1,96,480/- to Headmistress, Lady Willingdon Government Model Higher Secondary School, Triplicane, Chennai, for providing uniform to the Class 9th to 12th students, i.e., totally 212 Students. The said application was also allowed by order dated 05.06.2024, based on the report of the learned AG & OT about the availability of funds.

4.Now, it appears that further request has come from the same Headmistress stating that 32 more students have also joined in 9th Std. and 15 Students have joined in 11th Std. after the uniforms were provided to the existing students. Therefore, a sum of Rs.55,620/- was required by the Headmistress of the School for additional uniforms to be provided to the children who joined later. Therefore, the learned AG & OT has come forward with this application. The learned AG & OT has filed a report stating that the expenses can be incurred with the funds available in the

Trust.

5.Therefore, this application is allowed and the learned AG & OT is permitted to donate a sum of Rs.55,620/- as additional donation for providing 94 sets of uniform (which is to be purchased at the same price and from the same person as done in the earlier occasion) to the classes 9th and 11th (9th Std. - 32 students and 11th Std. - 15 Students), totally 47 Students, who are newly admitted in the School (two sets of uniform to each student), to Head Mistress, Lady Willingdon Government Model Girl Higher Secondary School, Triplicane, Chennai, and also to meet out the said expenses from and out of the accumulated fund of the Trust Estate of C.Kandasamy Naidu relating to the year 2021-2022. 05.09.2024 mkn S.S.
