ORDER

This petition has been filed to direct the respondents 1 & 2 to give police protection to Church premises namely Miracle Life Assembly of God Church, situated at Site No.5 & 6, Annoor Road, Arasur Post, Thennampalayam, Coimbatore District - 641 407 during services conducted on every sundays for a time period as prescribed by this Honourable Court until the filing of the charge sheet in Crime No.415 of 2017 as https://hcservices.ecourts.gov.in/hcservices/

directed by this Honourable Court in Crl.O.P.No.19500 of 2017 dated 18.09.2017.

2. The petitioner seeks police protection for constructing of Church in a peaceful and profitable manner. Now, almost three years have been lapsed and hence, due to the lapse of period, the prayer sought for by the petitioner cannot be granted now. However, the petitioner is at liberty to file a fresh petition, on fresh cause of action, if so advised.

3. With the above observations, this Criminal Original Petition stands dismissed.
