O R D E R
(Order of the Court was made by M.M. SUNDRESH, J.) The petitioner, claiming to be the husband of the detenue, Suguna, aged 25 years, has come forward to file this Habeas Corpus Petition.
2.Today, the detenue is present before this Court. The detenue has categorically denied the factum of marriage between her and the petitioner. Despite our efforts, she has declined even to have any conversation with the https://hcservices.ecourts.gov.in/hcservices/
petitioner. According to the detenue, the petitioner has been making false allegations and he claims that she is his legally wedded wife.
3.It is suffice to state in this petition that there is absolutely no illegal detention of the detenue, who is 25 years old. Accordingly, this Habeas Corpus Petition is dismissed.
