A.No.6762 of 2019 in C.S.No.914 of 2008 N.SATHISH KUMAR.J., The learned counsel appearing for the applicant/plaintiff submitted that the present application has been filed to amend the name and address of the defendant in short cause title, long cause title, statement of address and wherever else the name and address in the plaint and described in the schedule to the Judges summons.

2. The learned counsel appearing for the respondent/defendant submitted that the respondent has no objection in allowing the present application.

3. Considering the submissions made by both sides counsel, the application is ordered since no prejudice will be caused to any of the parties.

4. The learned counsel for the plaintiff is directed to carry out the necessary amendment in the plaint and post the matter on 18.09.2019.
