ORDER

This writ petition has been filed for direction directing the first respondent to issue necessary orders to the respondents 2 and 3 for raising attachment and delete the encumbrance from the petitioner's properties situated in 108/1B, 108/3, 108/4, 108/5, 38/3A, 38/4B, 38/7A, 38/7C and 42/2A Periyakkallapadi Village, Thiruvannamalai Taluk, Thiruvannamalai District.

2. Heard the learned counsel on either side and perused the materials available on record.

3. It is seen already the petitioner filed a writ petition before this Court in W.P.No.49330 of 2006 challenging the order of attachment. Pending this writ petition, the request made by the petitioner herein cannot be considered. However, the said writ petition was disposed of by this Court by an order dated

15.12.2011.

4. In view of the above, the first respondent is directed to pass appropriate orders on the application submitted by the petitioner to raise the attachment and delete the encumbrance from the petitioner's properties situated in 108/1B, 108/3, 108/4, 108/5, 38/3A, 38/4B, 38/7A, 38/7C and 42/2A Periyakkallapadi Village, Thiruvannamalai Taluk, Thiruvannamalai District, within a period of two weeks from the date of receipt of a copy of this order.

5. With the above directions, this writ petition is disposed of. There shall be no order as to costs.
