Respondents PRAYER: Petition under Article 226 of the Constitution of India for issuance of a writ of Certiorarified Mandamus to call for the records of the fourth respondent pertaining to the notice dated 7.10.2016, to quash the same and to consequently, direct the first respondent to dispose of the revision petition dated 14.10.2016.

ORDER

(Order of the Court was made by the Hon'ble Chief Justice) We are of the view that since revision petition is pending, the petitioner ought to approach the revisional authority for interim orders.

2. The learned Government Pleader assured that not only in this matter but in other matters necessary instructions will be issued for the appellate or revisional authority to consider the said applications, and the docket of this board should not be unnecessarily burdened as the revisions or appeals are pending before the authorities concerned.

The petition is dismissed with liberty to approach the revisional authority. No costs. Consequently, W.M.P.No.31745 of 2016 is closed.
