Order : This petition coming on for orders upon perusing the petition and the filed in support thereof and upon hearing the arguments of M/S.R.SASIKUMAR, Advocate for the petitioner, and of MR.V.BALAMURUGANE, Additional Public Prosecutor for Puducherry, on behalf of the Respondent, the court made the following order:- This petition has been filed to modify the condition that the petitioner has to surrender before the Judicial Magistrate, Vanoor or any other court instead of surrender before the Judicial Magistrate No.II, at Kallakurichi in Crl.O.P.No.21129 of 2021 dated 11.11.2021.

3. Considering the facts and circumstances of the case, the condition imposed on the petitioner is modified to that effect that the petitioner shall appear before the Judicial Magistrate, Vanoor daily at 10.30 a.m., for a period of four weeks and thereafter as and when required for interrogation.
