This Criminal Original Petition has been filed to call for the records of the FIR in Crime No.375 of 2022 on the file of the 1st respondent and quash the same.

2.Heard the learned counsel for the petitioner as well as the learned Government Advocate for the first respondent.

It is contended by the learned counsel for the petitioner that the issue involved in this Petition is covered by a decision of this Court dated 26.06.2020 passed in Crl.O.P.No.9487 of 2020, wherein this Court quashed the proceedings and allowed the Criminal Original Petition. 4.Considering the submissions made by the learned counsel for the petitioner, the proceedings in Crime No.375 of 2022 is quashed in the same terms as in the above said order dated 26.06.2020 in Crl.O.P.No.9487 of 2020. Accordingly, this Criminal Original Petition is allowed. Consequently, connected Miscellaneous Petition is closed.
