Respondents Writ Petition filed under Article 226 of the Constitution of India for issuance of a Writ of Certiorarified Mandamus, to call for the records relating to the impugned order issued by the first respondent in G.O.(2D).No.70 Municipal Administration and Water Supply (MC-6) Department dated 29.08.2019 and the subsequent impugned order issued by the fourth respondent in Roc.No.5195/C1/2019 dated 06.09.2019 and to quash the same and consequently directing the respondents to allow the petitioner to continue in service in the post of Junior Assistant in Vellore City Municipal Corporation in compliance of Tamil Nadu Municipal Service, 1996.

ORDER

This Writ petition has been filed in challenging the order of transfer of the petitioner from Vellore to Trichy. 2.Pending the writ petition, the order of transfer has been cancelled vide G.O.(2D).No.81, MA & WS (MC.6) Department, dated 14.11.2019 and the petitioner has been placed under suspension by proceedings dated 18.11.2019. Therefore, the challenge to the transfer order does not survives as on date. Hence, the writ petition is liable to be dismissed. 3.Accordingly, the Writ Petition is dismissed. Consequently, the connected miscellaneous petitions are closed. No costs.
