(Order of the Court was made by the Hon'ble Chief Justice) In view of what is stated in the letter dated 13.01.2025 from the Debts Recovery Tribunal, Coimbatore addressed to the Registrar (Judicial) of this Court, the time to dispose of S.A.No.278 of 2024 is extended.

2. The Debts Recovery Tribunal, Coimbatore shall endeavour to dispose of the said S.A. by 31.05.2025.

Ms.Anandha Gomathy states that the bank will file a copy of this order within one week in the Registry of the Debts Recovery Tribunal, Coimbatore. Statement is accepted.
