The learned counsel for the respondent submits that the petitioner filed affidavit of undertaking to pay remaining amount of Rs.34,65,860/-(rupees thirty four lakhs sixty five thousand eight hundred and sixty only) within a period of six months from 06.07.2023. However, the same has not been complied with.
