O.P.No.349 of 2022 is filed for Probate of the Will.

2. Both attestors are said to have been died.

3. One of the person who was acquainted with the signature that needs to be examined. Since he is a third party, this application is being filed.

4. In the interest of justice, to prove the attestation of the Will, the person is allowed, and he shall appear before the learned Master for recording of evidence on 12.11.2024 along with Aadhar card.

5. Accordingly, this application is allowed.
