Invoking the jurisdiction of this Court under Section 482 of the Code of Criminal Procedure, this petition is filed by the petitioner seeking a direction to the respondent police to register a case based on his complaint dated 02.12.2015. 2.When the matter is taken up for hearing, the learned Additional Public Prosecutor submitted that based on the complaint lodged by the petitioner, enquiry was conducted and it was closed as the dispute between the parties is more of civil in nature.
