Heard Mr.Meiyappan Mohan, learned counsel for the petitioner and Dr.T.Seenivasan, for the respondent.

2. Mr.Meiyappan Mohan appearing for the petitioner allege that the since the orders have not been complied, he has come forward with the present contempt petition

3. When the matter was taken up, Dr.T.Seenivasan, appearing for the respondent states that the Order of this Court has been complied and the Commissioner has passed the proceedings dated 16.10.2025. The proceedings of the Commissioner is scanned and extracted hereunder. :

4. Since the Order has been complied with, this Contempt Petition is closed. If the petitioner is aggrieved by the order, it is open to him to challenge the same in accordance with law.
